Abstraсt

Introduction. The formation of a spatial-sectoral structure of agro-industrial complex enterprises will lead to the need to model commodity flows between several enterprises according to a special econometric gravity model, the main prerogative of which will be to assess the significance of integration effects for the development of trade and economic relations between agro-industrial enterprises.

Materials and methods. The following methods were used for the study: the method of I. G. von Thünen’s model “An isolated state in its relation to agriculture and the national economy”, the weighted location triangle method of K. W. F. Launhardt for calculating the synergistic effect according to the Gordon formula.

Research results and discussion. The radical transformation of the economic landscape, simultaneously caused by widespread digitalization, the global COVID19 pandemic, and increased geopolitical and geo-economic tensions, has brought Russia and the world to a completely new reality. As a result, the emphasis is on technological sovereignty, synergization of production and production chains, adaptation to new conditions of the state and its economic entities, updating the digital anagenesis of agricultural enterprises and searching for a vector for the formation of completely new management models for them.

Conclusion. In order to achieve effective spatial and sectoral development of agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions, additional measures are needed to intensify the process of digital transformation of the traditional model of their functioning. In order to implement this process, it is necessary to develop an adaptive model for managing the spatial-sectoral structure of agricultural enterprises.
