Abstraсt

Introduction. Modern conditions dictate to industrial corporations (enterprises, companies) the need to increase the sustainability of their activities, as long as it satisfies public and intergenerational interests. In addition, the pursuit of sustainable organizational and technological systems ensures the integration of economic, social and environmental issues in the planning and implementation of their activities.

Materials and methods. The article defines the categories “corporation”, “industrial corporation”, “organizational and technological system”, “sustainability”, “sustainable development” and “conceptual model”. The substantiation of the models elements of sustainability in organizational, technological and production systems of industrial corporations (companies, enterprises) was carried out using the categorical method, logical and structural analysis and synthesis. The models themselves are formalized through heuristic, matrix and economic-mathematical approaches. To visualize the prospects for sustainable changes in such systems, models of the main blocks of the plan and the predicted overall effect were performed.

results and discussion. The article proposes the author’s conceptual model of the sustainability of organizational and technological systems in an industrial corporation (company, enterprise) and its overall effect, which can serve as an example of the components of a system of changes for enterprises choosing the track of achieving stability in the economic, social and environmental spheres in the context of a sustainable global agenda. The developed SQDCME system approach will contribute to the operational transformation of the management object into a sustainable system based on integrated management by goals. The matrix representation connected with the directions of sustainable development of organizational and technological systems made it possible to work out the structure of a set of measures necessary to manage events on the scale of an industrial business entity in accordance with the global economic and socio-ecological agenda.

Conclusion. The analysis of the model of formation of stability of organizational and technological systems based on SQDCME helps to put forward measures to increase the stability of the management object. The models developed in the study are aimed at application in industrial corporations (companies, enterprises) and production systems. Their use will help to increase the validity of organizational and management decisions made in achieving a balance of economic, social and environmental goals.
